Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total service cost. Cancellations made on the day of the service will result in a forfeiture of the entire service fee. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure operational efficiency and to compensate Partner Professionals for their time.
II. Modification of Bookings
Customers may modify their bookings up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service without incurring any fees. Modifications requested within 48 hours of the service will be subject to a fee of 15% of the total service cost, reflecting the administrative effort required to accommodate last-minute changes.
III. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in cases where a cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Refund requests will be processed within 5 -7 business days, and customers will receive a full refund minus any applicable cancellation fees. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service or for no-shows.
